We have seen many technicians force pump their backpacks without grease.  What usually happens is either the pump handle snaps off at the threads or the steel frame breaks where it connects to the tank. Birchmeier will NOT warranty these situations.  GREASE YOUR BACKPACK!  If you are the owner or supervisor, inspect your technician's backpacks to ensure proper lubrication.
