When Should You Replace Your B&G PAS Hose?

Inspect the hose assembly regularly as part of routine PAS maintenance. Replacement may be necessary when:

• The air or fluid hose is cracked, split, punctured, or otherwise damaged.
• Hose connections show visible wear or damage.
• Leaks have been traced to the hose assembly.
• The coiled hose has become excessively kinked or deteriorated.
• The existing hose assembly can no longer maintain reliable air or liquid delivery.

Before replacing the hose, inspect the quick-connect fittings and associated connections to determine whether the problem is isolated to the hose assembly or another component.

Maintenance Note: Shut off the PAS, disconnect electrical power, and safely release tank pressure before inspecting or replacing hose components. Follow the manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions.
