QSpray builds custom termite sprayers in our Phoenix shop for pest control companies that treat termites every week. A termite rig is a different tool from a general pest sprayer. Termiticide labels typically call for large finished volumes (often about 4 gallons per 10 linear feet of foundation), so a termite sprayer needs more tank, more flow, and more hose. The rigs below show what we build. Every one is made to order and matched to your vehicle, your treatment methods, and your volume. Request a quote or call 602-371-1993 to get started.
What Makes a Good Termite Sprayer
Tank size: Termite work burns through volume fast. Most termite rigs run 100 to 300 gallons, so you can finish a full house treatment without refilling. Larger tanks suit pretreats and commercial accounts.
Flow over pressure: Trenching and rodding need steady, high flow at moderate pressure, not the high pressure used for tree spraying. That's why termite rigs typically use high-flow diaphragm pumps, often driven by a Honda gear-reduction engine.
Hose and reel: Termite jobs mean walking the full perimeter of a structure. A heavy-duty termite hose reel with enough hose to reach around the house, typically 1/2" for higher flow, saves repositioning the truck.
Metering: An inline flowmeter lets your techs apply the exact label rate and document gallons applied for each job.
Dual Tank Pest & Termite Sprayers
Many companies run both general pest and termite services from one truck. A dual tank sprayer keeps the two mixes separate, so your tech can go from a perimeter pest treatment to a termite job without draining and rinsing a tank. We build dual rigs in several sizes and mounts, from the compact Dual 25 Gallon Pest & Termite Sprayer and the Dual Tank Pest & Termite Sprayer to dual 100-gallon utility bed setups and dual system termite trailers. Browse the rigs below for examples, and we'll build the combination that fits your routes.
Built in Phoenix, Built to Order
Every termite rig is assembled, welded, painted, and plumbed in our shop, with skid, truck, utility bed, or trailer mounting to fit your vehicle. Here's how it works:
1. Tell us about your work. Your vehicle, typical job size, and whether you trench, rod, pretreat, or run pest and termite from the same truck.
2. We spec and quote your rig. We'll recommend the tank size, pump, engine, reel, and hose length for your applications.
3. We build it. Your rig is assembled and tested in our Phoenix shop, then delivered or picked up.
Because we stock the pumps, reels, hose, and repair parts we build with, keeping your rig running is simple, and our shop services what we build. Every power sprayer is backed by our 90-day money back guarantee.
