Prozap Insect Guard - 2.8 oz Insecticide Pest Strip

Prozap Insect Guard is a long-lasting insecticide pest strip designed to control flying and crawling insects in enclosed, label-approved areas. Each 2.8 oz (80 g) strip contains 18.6% dichlorvos (DDVP) and provides insect control for up to 4 months.

Ideal for qualifying garages, attics, sheds, storage areas, barns, and other approved locations, Prozap Insect Guard offers convenient insect control without spraying or mixing insecticides. Simply hang or stand the strip according to label directions.

Target Insects

Prozap Insect Guard controls a variety of pests, including flies, gnats, mosquitoes, moths, silverfish, cockroaches, spiders, beetles, and earwigs. The product label also includes specific applications for certain additional pests, such as wasps and fire ants in enclosed utility boxes.

Coverage & Application

Each 80 g strip treats approximately 900 to 1,200 cubic feet of enclosed space for up to 4 months under typical conditions. Treatment duration may vary depending on drafts, weather, and other environmental factors.

Remove the strip from its sealed packaging only when ready to use. Hang or stand it in an approved location, away from windows and out of reach of children and pets. Record the installation date and replace the strip after 4 months or when effectiveness diminishes. If multiple strips are required, follow label spacing and placement instructions.

For use only in locations and under occupancy conditions permitted by the product label. This product is intended for unoccupied areas and certain specified locations occupied by people for less than 4 hours per day. It is not intended for use in regularly occupied living spaces.

Do not use in kitchens, restaurants, food preparation or service areas, or hospital and clinic patient-care areas. Additional restrictions apply to animal buildings, agricultural storage, and other specialized applications.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with the strip and wash hands thoroughly after handling. This product contains an organophosphate insecticide. Read the complete product label and Safety Data Sheet before use.
