The industry-standard B&G 1-gallon stainless steel hand sprayer, in green. Pest control pros use colored B&G sprayers to color-code their chemicals, for example one color for insecticide and another for herbicide, so products never get mixed up in the truck. It comes with an 18" brass extension, a 4-way tip and a crack & crevice tip for everything from perimeter spraying to crack-and-crevice work. Why buy a colored sprayer?
Color-coding prevents mix-ups. Assign each color to one type of product, such as green for herbicide, so a tech never sprays weed killer where they meant to spray insecticide, or contaminates a tank with the wrong residue.

How do I use it safely?
Never pressurize the tank above 50 PSI or with an outside air source. Open the cap slowly to release pressure before removing it, and don't store or transport the sprayer while it's pressurized. B&G recommends adding a pressure gauge or regulator to the valve.

Is it easy to maintain?
Yes. Flush the tank, valve and extension with clean water regularly, and don't use bleach or ammonia cleaners, which damage the stainless steel and brass. Keep a GD-124 repair kit on hand. It covers nearly every common B&G wear part.
