B&G NP-277 Polypropylene Plunger Cup (22029000)

The genuine B&G plunger cup for the pump on B&G stainless steel hand sprayers. The cup seals against the inside of the pump cylinder so each stroke pushes air into the tank. When it wears, the handle pumps easily but the tank never builds pressure. The polypropylene cup also replaces the leather cups used on older B&G sprayers.

Can I fix it without replacing the cup?
Sometimes. B&G recommends greasing the cup in the pump tube first. If the tank still won't build pressure, replace the cup and the NP-270 spreader plate.

I have an older sprayer with a leather cup. Will this work?
Yes. The NP-277 polypropylene cup is B&G's current replacement for leather plunger cups. Leather cups need oil to keep sealing, and this cup doesn't.

Is it in a repair kit?
Yes. The GD-124 repair kit includes the cup, spreader plate and the sprayer's other wear parts.
