The genuine Actisol internal poly tubing for Actisol 18" wands. It runs inside the stainless wand extension and carries insecticide from the valve to the nozzle. It connects to the inlet hose shank at the valve end and the exit hose shank at the nozzle end. When the tubing hardens, cracks or is attacked by an unsuitable chemical, the wand can lose its aerosol and produce only a pinstream.
Check your wand length. This tubing is for 18" wands. For 12" wands, use the 30009-12.

My wand only produces a pinstream. Is it the tubing?
It can be. Actisol warns that chemicals not labeled for this equipment, especially Vapona (DDVP), can dissolve the inner poly tubing and reduce the aerosol to a pinstream. Also check the tip orifice and fluid cap, since Actisol's troubleshooting lists those too.
How do I make the tubing last?
Back-flush the wand after every use. Actisol calls it the most important maintenance you can do, and it protects the tubing inside the wand. Use only insecticides labeled for aerosol, fog or mist application.
Should I replace the shanks too?
Inspect both the inlet and exit hose shanks while the wand is apart, and replace them if they're cracked.
