Connecting an engine to a pump takes the right drive parts. QSpray stocks the pulleys, jaw couplings and engine mounts we use on the spray rigs we build, so you can repair an existing drive or set up a new one.
On direct-drive rigs, a jaw coupling connects the engine shaft to the pump shaft. We carry L095 coupling halves in 5/8", 3/4", 15/16" and 1" bores, plus replacement spiders. The spider is the rubber insert between the two halves. It's a wear part, so if your rig has started knocking or vibrating at the coupling, a new spider is usually the fix. Match each coupling half to the shaft diameter it mounts on.
For belt-drive rigs, we stock AK, BK and MA series pulleys in common bore sizes, along with HQ-bore pulleys and bushings. Match the pulley's bore to your shaft and its groove to your belt size.
Our heavy-duty steel engine mounts come in standard and slotted versions. The slotted mount lets you slide the engine to adjust belt tension. We also carry the Drainz-It oil change hose for quick, mess-free oil changes on your engine.
