Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically processed the next business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Express Shipping: FedEx generally does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays for standard express services. Carrier holidays may also affect delivery. If next-day delivery is critical, please call us before placing your order.

Signature Required: Overnight shipments and orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery. You may request a signature waiver in writing, but we do not recommend it because you assume responsibility for lost or missing packages when the signature is waived. Request a signature waiver.

Need it faster? Choose an available expedited shipping option at checkout. During holiday periods or severe weather, carrier delays may occur outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missing or delayed packages: Please notify us within 2 business days after your expected delivery date so we can investigate and contact the carrier. Prompt notification is important because carrier claim deadlines may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us immediately. If possible, document any visible damage with the delivery carrier and keep the packaging and packing materials.

Contact QSpray as soon as possible, preferably within 2 business days of delivery, so we can assist with any necessary carrier claim.

Shipping Restrictions

• Pesticides: Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states due to product and destination restrictions.
• Aerosols: Ground shipping only. We cannot ship these products to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
• Lithium Batteries: Shipping restrictions apply based on battery type and configuration. Certain products may be restricted to ground transportation and may be unavailable for shipment to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

Yes, international shipping options are available! QSpray works with MyUS.com to help international customers receive their orders.

MyUS provides a U.S. shipping address, receives your QSpray order, and forwards it to your international destination. They can also assist with customs paperwork and international shipping arrangements.

How it works: Sign up with MyUS, obtain your U.S. shipping address, and use that address when ordering from QSpray. MyUS handles international forwarding.
