You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must contact us for an RMA (return material authorization). Your return must have the RMA as well as the receipt for proof of purchase. Pack your item so it will ship safely and send it to us at the address below.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly through the website. Special order items are not eligible for return or refunds. Any item that has been used or has had chemicals in it is not eligible for refund. Spray rigs are not eligible for refund.  Pumps or components that have been installed are NOT eligible for refunds.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.   We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns of items that are offered at Free Shipping or Fixed Rate Shipping will be refunded less our actual out of pocket shipping costs.
