Pumptec Pumps and Parts
Pumptec electric plunger pumps are a popular choice for 12-volt spray rigs because they deliver higher pressure than most electric diaphragm pumps while running off a vehicle or ATV battery. We use Pumptec pumps on our own electric power sprayers, and QSpray stocks Pumptec pump-and-motor units along with the repair kits and regulators to keep them running.
Pumptec Pumps
Shop Pumptec pumps and parts, including 12-volt pump-and-motor units in the 114, 212, 308 and 350 series. Each product page lists the pump's flow, pressure and motor so you can match it to your rig. Not sure which series you have? The model number is stamped on the pump head.
Pumptec Repair Kits: A, B and C
Pumptec organizes its repair kits by letter, so it's easy to fix exactly what's worn:
Kit A (plungers and seals): for pumps losing pressure or leaking between the head and motor. Kits are available for 112T/114T pumps (10005), 212T pumps (10021) and 348U/350U pumps (10013).
Kit B (valves and seals): for pumps that pulse, won't prime or won't build pressure. Includes M-valve kit 10008 and U-valve kit 10020 for 114T/114V.
Kit C (cam): for worn cams and noisy or knocking pumps. Kits are available for 112/113/114 pumps (10063), 212T pumps (10097) and 348/356/357 pumps (10093).
We also carry X-Series kits, including the hoop plunger kit (10056), PTFE/carbon seal kit (10057) and valve kit (10058).
Pressure Regulators
A regulator sets your spray pressure and bypasses extra flow back to the tank. We stock the Pumptec 9025 regulator with bypass, 80 PSI (80907), the 9025 regulator with bypass, 150 PSI (80879) and the 9015 regulator, 200 PSI (70015).
