Popular Repair Parts
For 8000 series pumps, the most common rebuild parts are the 94-385-32 diaphragm drive, the 94-395-06 diaphragm kit and the 94-390-05 valve assembly. For 2088 series pumps, a leaking or weak pump often just needs the 94-237-05 check valve assembly.
Two Parts Worth Keeping on Hand
Pressure switch. The pressure switch is usually the first part to fail. If your pump won't turn on, won't shut off or cycles constantly, the switch is the first place to look. If you keep only one spare in the truck, make it the Shurflo 94-375-15 100 PSI pressure switch for 8000 series pumps.
Filter. A clogged filter starves the pump and wears out the diaphragm and valves faster. Changing the Shurflo 255-213 filter regularly is one of the easiest ways to avoid downtime.
Finding the Right Part
Check the model number on your pump's label (for example, 8000-543-238). The first four digits tell you the series. Each product page lists the pump models it fits.
