Udor 6017.F2 Pump Head for Kappa 25, 32, 43 & 55

The genuine Udor replacement pump head for Kappa 25, 32, 43 and 55 diaphragm pumps. The head houses the pump's valves and forms the fluid chambers over the diaphragms. Replace it if it's cracked, the threads or ports are damaged, or it's been damaged by freezing. A cracked head can't be fixed with a diaphragm kit.

How do I know the head is damaged?
Look for cracks, especially after freezing weather, leaks at the head, or stripped threads and ports. If the head is intact but the pump has lost pressure, the diaphragms or valves are the more likely cause.

Should I replace the diaphragms while the head is off?
It's a good time to. Use the 8700.45 kit for the Kappa-43, or the 8700.26 kit for the Kappa-55. For the Kappa 25 or 32, call us at 602-371-1993 with your model.

How do I prevent freeze damage?
Before winter storage, run a 50/50 antifreeze mix through the pump and control unit so no water is left inside to freeze.
