The Udor Kappa 43/GR is a three-diaphragm pump built for pest control, weed control and lawn care rigs. It delivers up to 10.5 GPM at pressures up to 560 PSI, and it comes with an Udor control unit with an adjustable pressure regulator, manual dump lever, pressure gauge and two ball-valve-controlled outlets. It has a 25mm keyed shaft and mounting rails. Diaphragm pumps tolerate abrasive wettable powders and can run dry briefly without damage, which makes them a reliable choice for daily professional spraying.

How do I start the pump?
Move the control unit's lever to the dump (bypass) position before starting, so the pump starts without pressure. Once it's primed and running smoothly, close the dump and set your spraying pressure with the regulator. See the 6010.93 control unit page for details.
How often should I service it?
Udor recommends replacing diaphragms every 500 hours or at the end of each season using the 8700.45 diaphragm kit. If the oil turns milky, a diaphragm has ruptured. Stop the pump and rebuild it right away. Refill with 30-weight non-detergent oil.
How do I protect it in winter?
Never let water freeze in the pump. Before storage, run a 50/50 antifreeze mix through the pump and control unit.
