The Udor 6010.93 is the pressure control unit for Udor Kappa-33, Kappa-43 and Kappa-53 diaphragm pumps. It mounts on the pump or remotely, and combines an adjustable pressure regulator, a manual dump lever, a glycerin-filled pressure gauge and two 1/2" ball valve outlets in one unit. A right-angle passage from the main body to the regulator gives smoother operation and longer regulator life.

How do I start the pump with this control unit?
Before starting the pump, move the lever to the dump position (right) so the pump starts at zero pressure. Udor states that starting under pressure voids the pump warranty. On first start-up, turn the pressure knob counter-clockwise to relieve spring tension. Run until the air is out of the system, then move the lever to the pressure position (left), open your gun or boom, and turn the knob clockwise to your spraying pressure.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. Udor's 6062.A9 repair kit replaces the diaphragm, poppet, seat, o-rings and stainless bolt, and it's the only repair kit Udor approves for this unit. Call us at 602-371-1993 to order one.
How do I protect it in winter?
If freezing is possible, flush the pump and control unit with a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.
