The genuine Pumptec "Kit A" plunger and seal rebuild kit for Pumptec 348U and 350U plunger pumps. The plunger and seals are the main wear parts on a plunger pump. When they wear, the pump loses pressure, leaks from the head, or won't hold its setting. This kit replaces the plunger along with its seals, guide and o-rings, restoring the pump without replacing it.

How do I know the plunger and seals are worn?
Common signs are a pump that won't reach or hold pressure, leaking from the pump head, or pressure that fluctuates while spraying. A scored plunger quickly wears out new seals, which is why this kit replaces the plunger too.
Should I replace the valves at the same time?
If the pump has a lot of hours, yes. Worn or fouled valves also cause pressure loss. Pumptec makes a matching valve kit for the 348/356 series. Call us to order it.
