The genuine Pumptec "Kit A" plunger and seal rebuild kit for Pumptec 112T and 114T plunger pumps, with Viton seals. Plungers and seals are the main wear parts on a plunger pump. When they wear, the pump loses pressure, leaks, or won't hold its setting. This kit restores the pump without replacing it. Viton seals hold up better than Buna to the pesticides, herbicides and solvents common in pest control and turf spraying.

Have an X-Series pump? The X-3, X-4, X-5 and X-6 use different kits: the 10056 plungers, 10057 seals and 10058 valves. Not sure which pump you have? Call us at 602-371-1993 with the model number from the pump label.
How do I know my plungers and seals are worn?
Common signs are a pump that won't reach or hold pressure, leaking from the pump head, or pressure that fluctuates while spraying. Scored or pitted plungers will quickly wear out new seals, which is why this kit replaces both.
Viton or Buna?
Viton seals resist a wider range of pest control chemicals, herbicides and solvents. Buna (10001) is fine for water and mild chemicals. For most pest and turf work, Viton is the better choice.
Should I replace the valves too?
If the pump has a lot of hours, it's a good time to. Worn valves also cause pressure loss. Call us to order the matching valve kit for your pump.
