The Pumptec 9025 Multi-Function Control System (MFCS) is a complete pressure-regulating assembly for sprayer pumps. It combines the 9025 pressure regulator, a bypass ball valve and a 3/4" bypass return in one remote-mount unit. Mount it wherever it's most convenient for the operator, set your spraying pressure, and the regulator returns unused flow to the tank. This 80879 version is set for up to 150 PSI.

How do I install it?
Mount the unit where it's most convenient for the operator, using its mounting holes as a template, and attach it with 4 bolts, washers and lock nuts. Connect a 3/4" bypass hose to the 3/4" poly hose barb and route it back to the tank. The bypass line must flow freely. Any restriction can cause erratic pressure.
How do I start the system?
Always start the pump with the bypass ball valve open. Then gradually close the bypass valve while watching the pressure rise, and adjust the regulator to your spraying pressure.
How do I tell which pressure version I have?
Pumptec color-codes the regulator springs: pink for 40–50 PSI, blue for 70–80 PSI, red for 140–150 PSI, and silver for 210–220 PSI. This 150 PSI unit uses the red spring.
