Genuine Pumptec seal kit for X-Series four-plunger pumps. One kit rebuilds all four pump heads, replacing the seal rings, plunger guides and Viton o-rings that keep the pump from leaking. Installation hardware and a small grease packet are included.

When should I replace the seals?
Leaks under the pump are the main sign of worn seals. Pumptec suggests checking for wear at 500 hours, then every 500 hours after that until wear shows up. Abrasives in the spray mix wear seals faster, so mix chemicals thoroughly and keep the inlet filter clean.
Do I need the plunger or valve kit too?
Pumptec notes that valves typically need changing at every seal change, so most rebuilds pair this kit with the 10058 Valve Kit. If the ceramic plungers are scored or chipped, replace them with the 10056 Hoop Plunger Kit. Worn plungers will quickly damage new seals.
Any installation tips?
Grease the seal ring and o-ring before installing, then slide the retainer plate, guide and seal ring onto the plunger and into the head. Pumptec's manual below walks through each step, or call us at 602-371-1993.
