Genuine Pumptec replacement check valve kit for X-Series four-plunger pumps. It replaces the valves in both the inlet and outlet manifolds, along with their Viton o-rings and the plastic valve washers in each pump head. A small grease packet is included for reassembly.

When should I replace the valves?
Pumptec's troubleshooting chart points to clogged or damaged valves for no flow, low pressure, or a pump that pulses while spraying. Check and clean the inlet filter first. If that doesn't fix it, the valves are the next step.
Should I replace the seals at the same time?
Usually, yes. Pumptec notes that valves typically need changing at every seal change, so most rebuilds use this kit together with the 10057 Seal Kit.
Any installation tips?
Note the valve orientation before removing the old ones. A little grease on the o-rings keeps the valves in their pockets, and on the washers keeps them in the heads during reassembly. Call us at 602-371-1993 if you need help.
