The genuine B&G shaft for the SSI-14 Sub Slab Injector. It's item #15 on B&G's SSI parts diagram. Replace it if it's bent, the threads are damaged, or it's worn from repeated use in drilled slab holes.
Check your model. This 2669 shaft is for the SSI-14. The SSI-4 uses the 2668 shaft.

How do I keep the shaft from getting damaged?
Always drill a 9/16" or larger hole. B&G warns that smaller holes damage the injection pipe and the expansion ring gasket. Flush with clean water after use so termiticide residue doesn't build up.
