The genuine Actisol threaded fill cap for the Actisol Compact unit's insecticide tank. It screws onto the fill neck to seal the pressurized tank, and its threaded port holds the 300063 push-button pressure relief valve. A cracked cap or damaged threads let the tank lose pressure, which weakens the aerosol and can leak insecticide.
Please note: The pressure relief valve (300063) and the tank cap o-ring (300070) are separate parts on Actisol's breakdown.

How do I know the cap is leaking?
From Actisol's troubleshooting guide: with pressure in the tank, turn the unit off and check for leaks at the pressure relief valve and the tank cap o-ring. If the o-ring is fine but the cap is cracked or its threads are damaged, replace the cap.
How tight should it be?
Turn it clockwise and hand-tighten until firmly secured. Always release tank pressure with the relief valve before removing the cap.
Do I move my relief valve to the new cap?
Yes, if it's in good condition. Thread your existing 300063 relief valve into the new cap's port, or replace it at the same time if it's worn or leaking. A new o-ring is a good idea too.
