The Ace RP-600C-R is a cast iron 6-roller pump with clockwise (reverse) rotation for direct coupling to a gas engine. It's built for a wide range of spraying, cleaning and transfer jobs, from spot spraying and weed control to washdown. It's interchangeable with the discontinued Hypro 6500C-R 6-roller pump, and it pairs well with the Honda GX160 6:1 gear-reduced engine. Mount it to the engine with the Ace RP-BP6 base plate.

Do I need the -R (clockwise) or standard pump?
Use this RP-600C-R for direct coupling to a gas engine, such as a Honda GX160 with 6:1 gear reduction. The RP-BP6 base plate mounts it to the engine. The standard RP-600C is counter-clockwise, for tractor PTO drive. Match the rotation of your old pump, or call us at 602-371-1993 if you're not sure.
What engine do I need?
Check the performance chart above for the horsepower your pressure and speed require. A Honda GX160 with 6:1 gear reduction turns the pump at about 600 RPM, just above the chart's 540 RPM column, and is a common pairing for this pump.
Will it replace my Hypro 6500C-R?
Yes. The RP-600C-R is interchangeable with the Hypro 6500C-R 6-roller pump, which is no longer available.
What about corrosive chemicals?
For liquid fertilizers and harsh herbicides, the RP-600PL Platinum resists the corrosion that wears out cast iron pumps.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. The Ace RK-RP600 repair kit includes both shaft seals, the body o-ring and all six rollers.
What can I spray with it?
Roller pumps handle water-based pesticides, herbicides and liquid fertilizers well at moderate pressure. Avoid abrasive or gritty mixes, which wear the rollers quickly, and keep fluid temperature under 140°F.
