The Ace RP-600C is a compact, low-cost cast iron 6-roller pump for spraying, cleaning and transfer jobs. It has standard counter-clockwise rotation, which suits direct mounting on a tractor's PTO shaft with Ace's optional PTO coupler. It's interchangeable with the discontinued Hypro 6500C 6-roller pump, so it's a direct swap on older Hypro-equipped sprayers.
Driving it with a gas engine? Gas engine drives typically need clockwise rotation. Choose the RP-600C-R instead.

How do I mount it on a tractor PTO?
Per Ace's manual: mount the pump and torque bar to the PTO shaft using the Ace PTO coupler. Attach the torque chain to the tractor frame with the bar horizontal, then attach the tensioning chain to the frame while applying tension to the spring. Avoid sharp chain angles that side-load the pump shaft or bearings. Never attach the torque bar to movable linkages, and keep people at least 9 feet from the pump while it's running.
Will it replace my Hypro 6500C?
Yes. The RP-600C is interchangeable with the Hypro 6500C 6-roller pump, which is no longer available.
RP-600C or RP-600C-R?
Match the rotation of your drive. The RP-600C turns counter-clockwise for tractor PTO drive. The RP-600C-R turns clockwise for direct coupling to a gas engine with the RP-BP6 base plate.
What about corrosive chemicals?
For liquid fertilizers and harsh herbicides, the RP-600PL Platinum resists the corrosion that wears out cast iron pumps.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. The Ace RK-RP600 repair kit includes both shaft seals, the body o-ring and all six rollers.
