25 Gallon Pest Control Spray Rig Saves Precious Bed Space

Pest control operator needed to maximize bed space in his compact pickup. We built him this custom 25-Gallon Space Saving Pest Control Spray Rig using a 25 gallon vertical tank. Vertical tanks are usually used to store water in a stationary place. Most power spray rigs use horizontal leg tanks or PCO tanks which are designed for mobile application.
We were able to mount the 25-gallon vertical tank by building a 4-sided, heavy-duty steel support.
The Cox Hose reel was mounted on the built in toolbox to save even more space.
The sprayer uses 2 Shurflo 12-Volt pumps; 1 for spraying & 1 for agitation.
