The genuine B&G quick connect kit for Extenda-Ban valves on B&G hand sprayers. A female quick connect goes on the hose and a male quick connect goes on the valve, so you can snap valves on and off in seconds. That lets you swap between valves and tips in the field without tools. In cold weather, you can remove the valve, drain it and store it somewhere warm so it doesn't freeze and crack.
| Legacy Part Number | B&G 22071825 |
| Current Order Number | 1108004832 |
| Includes | Female quick connect (hose end) and male quick connect (valve end) |
| Fits | B&G Extenda-Ban valves and B&G sprayer hoses |
To connect: Slide back the collar on the female fitting on the hose, insert the valve's male fitting, and slide the collar forward so it locks.
To disconnect: Slide back the collar and pull the valve out.
How do I drain the valve for winter?
Disconnect the valve from the hose, tilt it so the extension is higher than the male quick connect fitting, then squeeze the trigger and let the liquid drain out through the fitting. Store the valve somewhere warm.
How do I maintain the quick connect?
B&G recommends lubricating the internal spring and ball with silicone spray. No grease is needed.
Why are there two part numbers?
B&G is now part of Pelsis, which assigned new order numbers. The legacy number 22071825 and the current order number 1108004832 are the same kit.
