The Annovi Reverberi GI40 is the pressure control unit for AR30, AR40 and AR50 diaphragm pumps, also sold as the Hypro D30 and D50. It combines an adjustable pressure regulator, a full bypass (dump) lever, a glycerin-filled pressure gauge and two outlet ports with individual shutoffs in one unit. It replaces the Hypro GS40GI control unit.

Is this the same as the Hypro GS40GI?
Yes. Annovi Reverberi builds the D30 and D50 pumps and their control units. The GI40 replaces the Hypro GS40GI.
How do I start my pump with it?
Move the dump lever to the bypass position before starting so the pump starts without pressure. Once the pump is primed and running smoothly, close the lever and turn the regulator knob to set your spraying pressure.
Is there a version for corrosive chemicals?
Yes. AR also makes the GIC40, which has a cataphoresis-coated valve body and a ceramic relief valve seat for better corrosion resistance. Call us at 602-371-1993 if you'd like that version.
