AR 43285 BlueFlex Diaphragm Kit for AR30, AR40 & Hypro D30 Pumps

The Annovi Reverberi diaphragm rebuild kit for AR30 and AR40 diaphragm pumps, also sold as the Hypro D30. The diaphragms are made from AR's BlueFlex material, which AR developed and field-tested with herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and liquid fertilizers to outlast traditional black Desmopan diaphragms. It replaces the Hypro 9910-KIT1724 diaphragm kit. Annovi Reverberi is the Italian manufacturer that builds the D30 pump.

Which AR30/AR40 Diaphragm Kit?

When to Replace the Diaphragms

If the oil in your pump turns milky or gray, a diaphragm has failed and spray mix is getting into the crankcase. Stop the pump and replace the diaphragms right away. Running with contaminated oil can destroy the pump. For pumps in constant use, AR recommends replacing the diaphragms about every 3 months or 500 hours. After replacing them, flush the crankcase and refill with fresh oil.

Should I replace the valves at the same time?
