The genuine Actisol diaphragm for the compressor in the Actisol Compact unit. The diaphragm is the compressor's main wear part. It flexes with every stroke to pump the air that atomizes your insecticide at the wand. When it wears, cracks or tears, the compressor loses output, so atomizing pressure drops and the aerosol gets coarser. Replacing the diaphragm restores the compressor without replacing it.

How do I know the diaphragm is worn?
The most common signs are weak atomizing pressure, a coarser or wetter aerosol at the wand, or a compressor that runs but doesn't build pressure on the gauge. Check the intake air filter first. If a clean filter doesn't fix it, the diaphragm is the likely cause.
Can I replace it myself?
Yes, with basic hand tools. Disconnect power before opening the cabinet. If you'd rather not, we service Actisol units in our shop. Call us at 602-371-1993.
Should I replace anything else while I'm in there?
Replace the intake air filter at the same time, and check the compressor mount / isolator for cracking or hardening.
