Actisol 8010038 1/4" Plastic Tubing

Genuine Actisol 1/4" plastic tubing for inside the Actisol Compact unit cabinet. On Actisol's parts breakdown (item #43), it runs alongside the tank and connects the unit's 1/4" compression fittings. Replace it if it's cracked, kinked, hardened or leaking at the fittings. A leak in the internal tubing can cost the unit pressure and weaken the aerosol at the wand.

Is this the same as the red tubing?
No. Actisol's breakdown lists a separate 1/4" red polyurethane tubing (300072), and the 15' red twin coiled tubing that runs to the wand is a different part again (8010047). This 8010038 is the internal plastic tubing at the tank. Call us at 602-371-1993 if you're not sure which you need.

How do I find a leak in the internal tubing?
Actisol's troubleshooting guide says to inspect for leaks with pressure in the tank, including the fittings. With the unit unplugged and the tank depressurized, check the tubing for cracks, kinks or hardening, and make sure each end is fully seated in its compression fitting.

Any tips for installing it?
Always unplug the unit and release tank pressure before opening the cabinet. Cut the tubing square, push it fully into each compression fitting, and tighten the fittings without overtightening.
