Is this the same as the 300063 pressure relief valve?
No. They're two different parts. The 300063 push-button relief valve is the one you press by hand to release tank pressure before opening the fill cap. This 4010026 is an automatic safety valve that opens on its own if pressure exceeds 30 PSI.

How do I test it?
Pull the test ring briefly while the system is under pressure. You should hear air release, and the valve should reseat when you let go. If it doesn't release, or keeps leaking after you let go, replace it.

When should I replace it?
Replace it if it won't release when you pull the ring, leaks or hisses at normal operating pressure, or is damaged. Never operate the unit with a faulty safety valve, and never plug or bypass it.
