Udor 6062.H2 GreenTech Diaphragm Kit (Kit 670)

The genuine Udor diaphragm rebuild kit for Zeta 120 and Zeta 140 diaphragm pumps, which also fits the RO-110 and RO-130. It includes three GreenTech piston diaphragms, the accumulator diaphragm and the valve o-rings, everything needed to restore a 3-diaphragm pump. This kit supersedes the older Udor 8700.04 diaphragm kit.

When to Replace the Diaphragms

Udor recommends replacing the diaphragms every 500 hours or at the end of each season, whichever comes first. If the oil in the pump's reservoir turns milky, a diaphragm has ruptured and spray mix is getting into the crankcase. Stop the pump and rebuild it right away. After replacing the diaphragms, drain and flush the crankcase, refill with fresh oil, and follow Udor's torque specs on reassembly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as the old 8700.04 kit?
Yes. The 6062.H2 replaces the 8700.04 and uses Udor's newer GreenTech diaphragms.

Does it include valves?
No. It includes the valve o-rings but not the valve assemblies. If your valves are worn, replace them during the same rebuild. Call us at 602-371-1993 to order valves or check which you need.
