The Udor SB-3 is a remote-mount control unit for 3-section spray booms. Three section levers turn each boom section on or off. A master selector lever shuts off all spray at once and dumps flow back to the tank. A pressure adjustment knob and glycerin-filled gauge let you set and watch spray pressure from the operator's position.

Does it mount on the pump?
No. The SB-3 is remote-mounted, so you can place it where the operator can reach the levers and plumb it to the pump with hose. Size the 1" bypass line to carry your pump's full flow back to the tank.
Will it work with my pump?
Udor designed it for RO-70, RO-110 and RO-130 pumps. It also works with similar pumps within its 35 GPM and 300 PSI rating. Call us if you're not sure about your setup.
How do I start it up?
Before starting the pump, put the selector lever in the up (OFF) position so the pump starts at zero pressure. Udor states that starting under pressure voids the pump warranty. On first start-up, back the pressure knob off counter-clockwise. Run until only liquid comes out of the bypass, then move the selector and section levers to ON and turn the knob clockwise to your spraying pressure.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. If a section valve leaks, won't shut off fully, or pressure won't hold, the Udor SB-3 Repair Kit replaces the seals, O-rings, balls, seats and relief valve diaphragm.
How do I protect it in winter?
If freezing is possible, flush the pump and control unit with a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.
