A steel Snap-tite quick disconnect nipple with male pipe threads (MPT/NPT). Thread it into your pump, reel, hose end or equipment, and it snaps into a matching Snap-tite coupler. Match your coupler. Quick disconnects only connect within the same series and body size. If you're adding this nipple to an existing coupler, check the coupler's markings, or contact us and we'll match it for you.
The size is the pipe thread size on the threaded end, not the size of the quick disconnect body. Pipe threads measure larger than their name. Measure the outside diameter of the male threads:

Does this include the coupler?
No. This is the nipple (male half) only. The matching Snap-tite quick disconnect coupler is sold separately.
Male or female thread nipple?
Pick the opposite of what you're connecting to. If your pump, hose end or fitting has female threads, use this male thread nipple. If it has male threads, use the female pipe thread nipple.
Will it work with other brands of couplers?
Quick disconnects from different brands and series often don't interchange. To be safe, pair it with a Snap-tite coupler of the same series and body size.
Any installation tips?
Use thread sealant or PTFE tape on the pipe threads, and tighten with a wrench on the hex, not the nose of the nipple.
