A steel Snap-tite quick disconnect coupler with female pipe threads (FPT/NPT). Thread it onto your hose end, pump outlet or equipment, and it accepts a matching Snap-tite nipple. Pair it with a matching nipple. Couplers connect to Snap-tite nipples of the same series and body size. We carry Snap-tite nipples with both male pipe thread and female pipe thread. If you're adding this coupler to existing equipment, check the nipple's markings or contact us and we'll match it for you.
The size is the pipe thread size of the threaded end, not the size of the quick disconnect body. Pipe threads measure larger than their name. Measure the outside diameter of the male thread you're screwing it onto:

Does this include the nipple?
No. This is the coupler (female half) only. The matching Snap-tite nipple is sold separately.
Will it work with other brands of nipples?
Quick disconnects from different brands and series often don't interchange. To be safe, pair it with a Snap-tite nipple of the same series and body size.
Any installation tips?
Use thread sealant or PTFE tape on the pipe threads, and tighten with a wrench on the hex, not the sleeve. Keep the sleeve and balls clean so the coupler locks and releases smoothly.
