Raise your hose reel to a comfortable working height in your truck, so you're not bending over every time you pull or rewind hose. Our heavy duty reel lift is custom-built from 3/16" steel plate, and it's tough enough to handle the daily abuse of a service truck. Flanges on both sides make it easy to bolt to your truck bed or skid. It's sized to fit Cox 1125 Series reels, the most popular reel on pest control and weed control rigs.

The Cox 1125-4-200 and 1125-4-200E electric reels fit the platform perfectly. The smaller Cox 1125-4-100 and 1125-4-100E reels also fit, though they won't cover the entire top surface. For other reels, call us at 602-371-1993 with your reel's base dimensions and mounting pattern.

Ships Bare Steel, Ready for Your Setup

Each lift is custom-built and ships unpainted and undrilled, so you can drill it to match your reel's mounting pattern and your vehicle exactly. Before installing, clean it with a grinder or sander to remove any dirt, debris or minor surface rust, then paint it with a rust-inhibiting primer and paint. That protection matters on a spray rig, where the lift will see chemicals and weather.

Why use a reel lift?
A reel mounted flat on the truck bed means bending over dozens of times a day to crank, rewind and feed hose. Raising the reel to working height reduces back strain and makes rewinding faster and easier.

Do I need to drill it?
Yes. It ships undrilled so it can be matched to your reel and truck. Mark the reel's mounting holes on the top plate and the bolt locations on the side flanges, then drill to suit.

Is it strong enough for a full reel of hose?
Yes. It's built from 3/16" steel plate, far heavier than needed for a fully loaded 1125 Series reel.
