The genuine Coxreels plumbing axle for 1125-4 Series hand crank reels (1/2" plumbing). The axle runs through the center of the reel and carries liquid from the swivel to the hose. Over time, the threads on the ends wear out, and the axle has to be replaced. Choose your reel size above.
Match the last number of your reel's model (for example, 1125-4-200) to the table below, then confirm with a tape measure.

How do I know the axle needs replacing?
The usual sign is worn or stripped threads on the ends, so the swivel or fittings won't seal or stay tight. A bent axle that makes the reel wobble or bind also needs replacing.
Will it fit a 1125-5 (3/4") reel?
No. This axle is for 1125-4 Series reels with 1/2" plumbing. Reels with 3/4" plumbing use a different axle. Call us at 602-371-1993 with your reel's model number.
Should I replace the bearings too?
It's a good time to check them. The axle rides in two 20649/20064 bearing assemblies, one on each side. If they're rough or loose, replace them while the reel is apart.
