Short answer: A good-quality full bee suit typically costs about $50 to $150. A bee jacket costs less, and ventilated suits and complete kits with gloves and veil cost more. At QSpray, our hooded bee suit starts at $52.99 and comes with free leather gloves.

The right price for you depends on what you're doing with bees: occasional hive checks, full-time beekeeping, or removing stinging insect nests as a pest control professional. Here's what drives the cost and what you get at each level.

Bee Suit Types and What They Cost

Type Coverage Relative Cost Best For
Bee jacket with hood Upper body, head, and face $ Quick hive checks, gentle colonies, hot weather
Full hooded bee suit Full body $$ Most beekeepers and pest pros; nest removal
Vented bee suit Full body, ventilated fabric $$$ Hot climates like Arizona, long jobs in the sun
Deluxe complete bee suit Full body, complete kit $$$ Professionals who want everything in one purchase

What's included. Gloves, veils, and sleeves add up if you buy them separately. Every QSpray bee suit and jacket comes with free cowhide leather bee gloves.
