The B&G ACS-26 Grey Cone Seal is a replacement sealing component designed for 7/16-inch pipe connections used in compatible B&G termite treatment rod assemblies, including the Versagun 430 system.

The cone-shaped seal helps create a leak-resistant connection when the fitting is assembled and tightened. Replacing a worn or damaged seal can help maintain a secure connection and reduce fluid leakage during termite treatment applications.

When Should You Replace the Cone Seal?

Cone seals can wear or become damaged through repeated assembly, disassembly, and normal equipment use. Inspect the seal if you notice:

• Leaking Connections: Liquid escaping around a pipe fitting or connection where the cone seal is installed.
• Visible Wear: A seal that appears cracked, flattened, cut, or deformed.
• Poor Sealing: A connection that continues to leak after checking the fitting and tightening it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Missing or Damaged Seal: A cone seal that has been lost or damaged during rod maintenance.

Maintenance Tip: Before replacing the seal, inspect the mating surfaces and connection hardware for damage or debris. A new cone seal may not correct a leak caused by damaged fittings or improperly assembled components.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Confirm that your termite rod assembly uses a 7/16-inch pipe and specifies the ACS-26 cone seal before ordering. Cone seals for different pipe sizes or connection designs may not be interchangeable.

Before servicing the rod, shut off the liquid supply and relieve all system pressure. Inspect the connection, install the replacement seal in the correct orientation, and check for leaks after reassembly.
