The Annovi Reverberi BlueFlex diaphragm rebuild kit for AR115 and AR135 three-diaphragm pumps, and the Hypro D115 and D135 pumps they're based on. It replaces the Hypro 9910-KIT1721. AR is the Italian manufacturer behind Hypro's diaphragm pumps, and with Hypro phasing out its 9910 series parts, this AR kit is the go-to replacement. AR's BlueFlex diaphragms are made for longer life than standard Desmopan diaphragms.

How often should I replace the diaphragms?
Every 500 hours or every three months of regular use, whichever comes first. Replace them immediately if the oil turns milky gray, since that means a diaphragm has ruptured and spray mix is getting into the crankcase. Running the pump that way can cause extensive damage.
Any tips for the rebuild?
Follow AR's factory torque specifications when reinstalling the heads. Replace the oil after a diaphragm change, using 30-weight non-detergent oil such as AR diaphragm pump oil (AR64532D). Set the accumulator air pressure to about 20% of your operating pressure.
Will it fit my Hypro pump?
Yes, if it's a Hypro D115 or D135. AR built those pumps, and this kit replaces Hypro's 9910-KIT1721. For other models, call us with the model number from your pump's tag.
