Shurflo 94-379-00 Upper Housing, 3/8" FPT – 8000 Series
The Shurflo 94-379-00 Upper Housing is a replacement pump head housing for compatible Shurflo 8000 Series diaphragm pumps. It features 3/8-inch female pipe thread (FPT) connections and is used to replace an original upper housing that has become cracked, damaged, or otherwise unserviceable.
The upper housing forms part of the pump head assembly and provides the threaded connections for the pump's inlet and outlet plumbing. Replacing a damaged housing can help restore a secure, leak-resistant connection without replacing the entire pump.
IMPORTANT: This is the female-threaded housing. Confirm that your existing pump uses female pipe thread ports before ordering. The male-threaded upper housing is a different part.

When Should You Replace the Upper Housing?

Installation & Maintenance
Before servicing the pump, disconnect electrical power, shut off the liquid supply, and relieve all system pressure. Remove the existing housing according to the manufacturer's service instructions, taking care not to damage the adjoining pump head components.
Inspect the valves, diaphragm, sealing surfaces, and connecting fittings before installing the replacement housing. Avoid overtightening threaded fittings, which can damage plastic pump ports.
After reassembly, prime the pump as directed and inspect the housing and plumbing connections for leaks.
