The genuine Maruyama pressure regulator valve for the MSD41 (3/4") piston pump, sold as a complete assembly. The regulator sets your spraying pressure. Turn the knob to adjust it, and flow you're not using bypasses back to the tank. If your pump won't hold a steady pressure, won't build pressure, or the regulator leaks or is damaged, this assembly replaces the whole unit in one step.

How do I know the regulator is bad?
Common signs are pressure that drifts or won't hold steady, a pump that won't build pressure even though the pump itself is healthy, a knob that turns without changing pressure, or leaks from the regulator body.
Should I check anything else first?
Yes. Low pressure can also come from worn pump seals, a clogged inlet strainer, or a worn spray tip. If the pump leaks from the front around the piston rods, see the MSD41 rod seal repair kits. Call us at 602-371-1993 if you need help diagnosing your pump.
Will it fit other Maruyama pumps?
This assembly is listed for the MSD41 (3/4"). Other Maruyama pumps may use a different regulator. Check your pump's model number, or call us to confirm.
