This 1500 Series is a 12-volt Electric Rewind Hose reel. Very heavy-duty steel, the hub assembly is one piece and will spin true thanks to self-aligning bearings. The units are all made in the U.S.A., this one in particular has a one-third horsepower motor and uniquely is a chain-driven reel. At Qspray we find that chain-driven reels are more durable than some other mechanisms. Hannay has added a plastic cover to the chain as an added safety precaution.
