Birchmeier 120-574-01 Valve Housing / Pump Assembly

Genuine Birchmeier replacement pump (valve housing) assembly. Replaces old part #108-037-01 (1080371). Also listed as 1205-7401-SB.

• Birchmeier Flox backpack sprayers, including Flox 10 AT3
• Birchmeier Iris backpack sprayers, including Iris 15 AT3

When to Replace

Replace the valve housing assembly if your sprayer is leaking, losing pressure, or no longer delivering consistent spray. Replacing it restores performance without replacing the whole sprayer.

• Pump, complete (without piston)
• Valve casing
• Central bolt
• Adapter nipple
• O-ring
• Spray lever holder

Note: Piston not included. Minor assembly required.

Installation Tips

1. Depressurize and empty the sprayer before servicing.
2. Remove the worn or damaged valve housing assembly.
3. Install the new assembly, making sure seals are seated properly.
4. Tighten all fittings securely.
5. Test the sprayer with clean water before adding chemical.
