The genuine B&G siphon tube for B&G 1-gallon stainless steel hand sprayers. It runs from the hose fitting down to the bottom of the tank, and tank pressure pushes liquid up through it to the hose and valve. A cracked or clogged siphon tube is one of the most common reasons a B&G sprayer holds pressure but won't spray.

Converting to a foamer? This is the standard spray siphon tube. Foaming uses a different foamer siphon tube with air holes, included in the B&G Foamer Conversion Kit. Keep your OS-297 if you want to convert back to spraying.
My sprayer holds pressure but won't spray. Is it the siphon tube?
It's one of the first things to check. B&G's troubleshooting list for this problem: clean the nozzle with a soft brush, replace a cracked siphon tube, clean a clogged siphon tube end, and clean the mesh strainer at the hose/valve junction. On a new sprayer, also check the hose washer, which can be crushed if the hose was overtightened.
How do I install it?
Remove the hose from the tank, then remove the hose adapter (HA-298). Pull out the old siphon tube, install the new one, and reinstall the adapter and hose. Don't overtighten the hose connection.
