AR 2364 Valve Kit for AR70 & Hypro D70 Diaphragm Pumps

The Annovi Reverberi AR 2364 Valve Kit is a replacement check valve kit for AR70 and Hypro D70 diaphragm pumps. It replaces Hypro 9910-KIT2364 and includes a complete set of check valves and O-rings for servicing the pump.

Check valves open and close with each diaphragm stroke to move liquid through the pump. When valves become worn or clogged with debris, the pump may lose prime, struggle to build pressure, or deliver uneven flow.

Annovi Reverberi (AR) is the Italian manufacturer behind Hypro's diaphragm pump designs. As Hypro phases out parts for its 9910 series, AR replacement kits provide an option for maintaining these pumps.

Valve Inspection & Maintenance

Worn or contaminated check valves can interfere with pump performance. Common signs that the valves may need inspection or replacement include:

• Loss of Prime: The pump struggles to prime or repeatedly loses prime.
• Low or Unstable Pressure: The pump cannot build or maintain normal operating pressure.
• Uneven Flow: Pulsating or inconsistent liquid delivery at the spray nozzles.
• Debris or Valve Wear: Contamination or deterioration prevents the valves from sealing properly.

For pumps in continuous service, a commonly recommended inspection or replacement interval is approximately 500 operating hours or three months, depending on usage and operating conditions. Many technicians also inspect or replace the valves when servicing the pump diaphragms, since the pump is already disassembled.

Maintenance Recommendations:

• Keep the intake filter clean to reduce debris entering the pump.
• Inspect the valve assemblies and sealing surfaces for wear or damage.
• Replace disturbed or worn O-rings to help prevent leaks after reassembly.

• Follow the pump manufacturer's service procedures and recommended replacement intervals.
