The Ace RP-800PL is an 8-roller pump from Ace's Platinum Series, built for spraying aggressive chemicals, herbicides and fertilizers. Its high-nickel casting resists chemical attack better than standard cast iron. FKM (Viton) seals and sealed bearings add to its service life. It mounts directly to a tractor PTO with the optional coupler, and it's a direct replacement for the discontinued Hypro 7560XL 8-roller pump.

Will it replace my Hypro 7560XL?
Yes. The RP-800PL is interchangeable with the Hypro 7560XL 8-roller pump, which is no longer available. Match the rotation direction of your old pump.
Which rotation do I need?
This is the standard counter-clockwise model (viewed facing the shaft), the usual choice for tractor PTO drive. For gas engine mounting, Ace makes the clockwise RP-800PL-R, which uses the RP-BP8 base plate. Call us at 602-371-1993 if you're not sure.
Any installation tips?
Use a 1" suction line when running above 800 RPM so the pump isn't starved. For PTO mounting, Ace's BAC-10-RP8-QC quick coupler fits the 15/16" shaft, and the RP-TBK torque bar keeps the pump from spinning on the shaft.
Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. The Ace RK-RP800 repair kit includes the seals, o-rings and rollers.
Please note: Pumps and kits that have been installed are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. This ensures every customer receives a pump in brand-new condition.
