REC 15 AC1: Birchmeier's flagship battery backpack. Electronic pressure control holds your chosen pressure, up to 87 PSI, so the spray pattern stays consistent from a full tank to empty. The 18V 4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery swaps in seconds, and the front hose outlet and click-strap harness make it comfortable for full days on route.
REB 15 AC1: The lighter battery option, at about 10 lbs empty with the battery installed. Electronic pressure control runs from 7 to 44 PSI at 0.05 to 0.5 GPM, a range well suited to herbicides, perimeter treatments, and any job where drift control matters more than reach. It includes an 18V 4.0 Ah battery and charger, a 24" brass spray tube, and 3-stage filtration.
AS 1200 + REC 15 combo: Pairs the REC 15 with a battery-powered blower that carries spray up to 43 feet into trees and dense foliage, with no gas, oil mixing, or engine noise.
Birchmeier's battery sprayers run on the CAS (Cordless Alliance System) 18V platform, a battery standard shared across many professional tool brands, with higher-capacity packs available for longer runtime.
The Iris 15 and Flox 10 are built on Birchmeier's AT3 backpack design, the manual sprayers many pest control techs use for a decade or more. They have an externally mounted pump with a brass cylinder for easy service, a heavy-duty brass valve and wand, a stainless steel base, a reversible pump handle for left- or right-hand use, and padded straps. The Iris reaches up to 87 PSI, and the PR3 pressure valve on the wand keeps output consistent. Choose the 4-gallon Iris for full exterior jobs, or the 2.5-gallon Flox for a lighter load on interior work and smaller properties.
