FlowZone Pump & Circuit Board Assembly for Typhoon 3 (FZRAOD)

The genuine FlowZone replacement diaphragm pump and circuit board, sold together as one assembly for the Typhoon 3 battery backpack sprayer (FZVAAK-3). Replacing both at once restores pressure, flow and electronic control in one repair, which is the quickest way to get a dead or weak sprayer back in service.

Check your model before ordering. FlowZone makes a different pump and board assembly for each model (Typhoon, Cyclone, Monsoon, Storm), pressure type and series (2/2.5 or 3). How do I know the pump or board has failed?
Common signs are a sprayer that won't turn on, a pump that runs but builds no pressure, or pressure that won't hold steady. Before replacing parts, charge the battery fully and check that all plugs are seated and dry. A weak battery or loose connector can cause the same symptoms.

Is it hard to install?

Will it fit my Typhoon 2 or 2.5?
No. Series 2 and 2.5 sprayers use a different assembly. Contact us with your model and we'll get you the right one.
