Annovi Reverberi AR 1917 Valve Kit for AR30 & Hypro D30 Pumps

The AR 1917 is the check valve repair kit for the Annovi Reverberi AR30 diaphragm pump, also sold as the Hypro D30. It replaces all four check valve assemblies and their seat o-rings in one kit. It's the same kit Hypro sold as the 9910-KIT1917, under Annovi Reverberi's own part number. Hypro has stopped distributing its D30 parts, so this is the kit to order for D30 pumps going forward.

When to Replace the Valves

Worn or stuck check valves are one of the most common causes of poor diaphragm pump performance. Replace them if you see:

• The pump won't prime or draw water
• Irregular or weak flow at the gun or boom
• Excessive pulsing in the suction or agitation lines

Over time, the valve springs corrode or gum up and the seats get pitted. For pumps in constant use, plan on replacing the valves about every 3 months or 500 hours. Replace all four valves and o-rings together so they wear evenly.

Is this the same as the Hypro 9910-KIT1917?
Yes. Annovi Reverberi builds the AR30 pump that Hypro sold as the D30, and this is the same valve kit under AR's part number.

Should I replace the diaphragms at the same time?
